So I am really happy to share the super cool and great thing I got to do today!! My friend, Tony Corbell, invited me up to hang with his class today at the Bonanza Creek Ranch. This is a film set ranch, for more information, click the link way down at the bottom of the page (and take a look at the filmography list). No, they were not filming anything today. The Santa Fe Photographic Workshops had arranged to use the ranch today. The whole place was theirs, and models were hired. So not only did we have a fabulous working place for photos, we had great subjects! I had a blast!! I am so thankful that Tony invited me up. It was such a treat…and a gift. I have links below for Tony Corbell and the Workshops. Hanging with Tony and talking photography is kind of the equivelant of hanging with a rockstar and talking about music. Oh, he also took some shots of me….when someone like Tony asks, you have to say yes! I think they’re actually pretty good….well, his technique is of course superb, but me as the subject matter is always questionable! If I get a little jpeg of it later, I will try to share it here.
